Urinary findings: A few red and white blood cells in a prepubertal girl's urine usually is indicative of poor hygiene and poor wiping technique leading to peri-urethral irritation and thus the findings in the urine. So no, I wouldn't worry about those findings. However, you mention various symptoms for years - these may be worth worrying about if they are affecting her lifestyle and thus would need investigation.
