I was wondering does the use of urine medicine alfuzosin hydrochloride 10mg tab for a long period of time have any side effects?

Yes: Like all medicines it does have side effects. Alfuzosin (brand name Uroxatral) belongs to a group of medicines called alpa blockers. Althogh rare it can cause dizziness &/or headache. Dizziness if it occurs would be due to what is known as postural hypotension (blood pressure decreasing when when getting up to the standing position).It is best to take it at bedtime.
