Doubtful: Once you get past the legalese, it seems unlikely to me that Benecol would have any meaningful effect on cholesterol. See: http://www.foodnavigator-usa.com/Regulation/Judge-No-reasonable-consumer-would-be-misled-by-Benecol-s-claims
