Unlikely: If you have a normal gastrointestinal system, it would take a massive volume of water over time to cause diarrhea. If you have a GI virus, trying to hydrate can cause diarrhea to worsen and you may need IV fluids then. Dehydration, caused by simple evaporation from skin or low water intake will not cause diarrhea.
