Yes: Most likely you are referring to breast cancer. There is a type of very aggressive breast cancer that presents like infection/ inflammation. The skin is thick and looks like orange peel and the breast is swollen red and tender. Biopsy usually shows skin and lymphatics involvement by cancer cells and treatement usually is chemotherapy followed by surgery then radiation.
