No longer available: This was a drug which combined a tricyclics antidepressant with a neuroleptic for treatment of agitated depression. It is no longer manufactured.

Etrafon/ Triavil: This medication was discontinued by the manufacturer in November 2008. A physician could combine amitriptyline and perphenazine for similar effect.
