Hydration,blood flow: Check your level of hydration first. Easy way to get indicator is to see color of urine, as well as frequency. If clear to light colored, then you are pretty well hydrated. Also can get ultrasound check of vessels to evaluate blockages of vessels, esp. carotid artery. And, you can track your fluid intake for a week and see where you are. Most are at least slightly dehydrated. Good Luck.
