Hydrate,replenish: Be sure to hydrate and replenish your protein. Best to keep hydrated while exercising , and you might just not get the headache. Hydration is supremely underrated and causes many problems. Your urine should be clear to light yellow when properly hydrated. Ibuprofen works well for most all headaches. Be sure to drink at least 12 oz. fluid with the ibuprofen should you take it. Good Luck.

Exertional headache: Exercise headaches occur during or after sustained, strenuous exercise. It is relatively uncommon headache syndrome and visit to your PCP is warranted.
