Do a lot of people have anxiety attacks take propafenone to help deal with it?

Not that I know of.: It is an anti-arrhythmic medication. Anxiety is a potential side effect of Propafenone. Maybe some other Healthtap doctors are familiar with using it off label for this purpose.
