What to do if i have several of lipomas but?

Observe: multiplw lipomas are the rule of the road. If one specifically enlarges especially to 10 cm or greater or if pain develops in one lesion, then excision is indicated. Enlarging lipomas in rare cases convert to liposarcoma.
