Internal Bleeding: In the eye internal bleeding can be in the retina which can be seen without doing a retinal exam, there can be bleeding in the anterior chamber and is not easily visible but can be seen on exam of the eye.Only bleeding seen to naked eye is blood under the white part called conjuctiva, which is superficial and shows as red areas in the eye.
