What to do if i have read the side affects of anti anxiety pills and i do not want to take them anymore is it bad if just take a sleeping pills instead?

Not a good idea: the medicine works because of the consistent use of it in your bloodstream, thats how it keeps you calm. Everyone freaks out over side effects without giving the medicine a try. you might have none. I have taken medicine post surgery and had little to no side effects. Rethink this. Ask your doctor for any more questions.
