These tests are: designed so that you can't cheat on them. If you try to flush out the drugs- it will show up on your specific gravity.

Unlikely.: No pharmaceutical medication will significantly alter a drug screen, and no pill will bring or speed up the metabolism of alcohol. To pass the test, you must abstain.
