Website: this website should be used to help you avoid things such as the above. My encouragement is stop using the cocaine, and limit alcohol to 4 usual sized drinks a week or less. while there are exceptions 2 every rule, it is likely that she will pass the drug screen test

Get your head: examined! You are likely to pass the test, but you are ruining your health by taking these street drugs. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
