Will drinking a lot of water help you pass a drug test?

Danger: Likely not (drs expect people to try this, and can detect/confirm this maneuver easily), but also water intoxication exists; seizures, coma and death are possible if drinking excessive water (causes hyponatremia and other imbalances).
