Glasses Rx: A glasses Rx is written with the Sphere first (near sighted or farsighted), then cylinder (+ or -) then axis or cylinder. A Rx of plano (or nothing) -0.25x 120 is minimal and usually does not need to be used depending on the patient (are you 20/20 in each eye without any glasses).
