Not prominent: All have a chin which is an extension of the mandible, the lower jawbone. But not all have a prominent chin. You can feel the bone below the front row of teeth. These come in various sizes and sometimes have minimal prominence. If this is a cosmetic problem, a plastic surgeon can advise you about procedures to augment the prominence.
