What to do if i have lymphocytes 7.4% and neutrophils 83.1%. is it serious?

Big picture: Percentages mean nothing apart from absolute lymphocyte and neutrophil counts. These in turn fluctuate tremendously from hour to hour. If your physician isn't worried, and if no abnormal cells are present and you feel well, I wouldn't give this another thought.
