What to do if i have erythrasma what should i do?

Easy fix: The key is to keep the area dry -- when you exercise, when you sleep. Shower a few times a day. Don't worry much about this. If you can get some topical fusidic acid, great; if you want to pay for topical erythromycin or some other macrolide, it will speed healing as well.
