What to do if i have diabetes and my eyesight has gone out a few times?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ask your eye doctor: Hi. Only your ophthalmologist knows your retinopathy status. Have you had laser therapy to your eyes? Hemorrhage? Vitrectomy? I would certainly say diligently control your diabetes (blood pressure too). I hope it's not too late to save vision. See your ophthalmologist and endocrinologist, and get the facts and get your questions answered. Good luck!
