Yes, possibly: Laser around the nose and eyelids is an effective treatment. There is also treament that is sort of similar to electrolysis that works too. It is called photocoagulation.

Yes: Radiofrequency, laser, ipl are all used for facial veins. Have avoided using sclerotherapy about the head and neck area.
