Depends.: Does anyone else hear these noises. Have you checked to see if you can find a cause. Does it happen a lot? If it sounds suspicious, like someone unauthorized is in your house, call 911. If this is ongoing, check with your doctor to see if these are auditory hallucinations and if there is a medical cause, and if not, what to do next. If you hear voices that tell you to hurt yourself or others, ER!
