A member asked:

What to do if i have been diagnosed with trichamonus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Trichomoniasis: Trichomonas vaginitis is a sexually transmitted disease which is contracted equally among men and women but women are symptomatic and men asymptomatic. The treatment is Metronidazole (Flagyl) for both the man (to prevent spread of the disease) and the woman (to prevent spread and relieve the symptoms). Use condoms to prevent spread of the disease.
