Need to see doctor: First you have to see your doctor for clinical examination to evaluate besides chlamydia did not have other std s , and by lab tests consult immediately along with your partner.

You don't: As many as a 3rd of men will never have any symptoms, so you cannot reliably know. You may have some discomfort when peeing but that may be the most you see. Chlamydia is confirmed on a urine test or swab by finding the genetic material of the germ. Since other important STD's are passed the same way, they usually test for the major ones at the same time.
