Not sure of question: If you have been diagnosed with asthma and you feel its getting worse, I don;t quite understand not having medications. There are many programs available where ( if this is your case) you can get medications free. Check with your physician, clinic or local pharmacy. Good Luck and don;t go too long without checking this out.

I think I may have strain the diaphragm muscles at the gym (due to the symptoms am experiencing - did research), and am now having breathing difficulties, and the doctors think it's mild asthma, however, the asthma medications makes no different.
