Cognitive Behavioral: Therapy or CBT can help you get over your phobia. The procedure progressive desensitization is treatment of choice. You will learn relaxation technique, set up a hierarchy of what you fear then imagine it while relaxed. Once you can imagine it while relaxed you will overcome it.
