Sure...: .. plenty of ideas, but no concrete answers. You may have a cavity, periodontal disease, a loose filling, or even a fractured tooth. Only way to tell for sure is by examination with a radiograph. Make an appointment with a local dentist.

Anyone with a toothache should see a dentist at once with no delay for diagnosis x-rays and treatment.
