Yes: Ativan (lorazepam) is likely not going to help with your GAD. I suggest you see a specialist. You cannot be assessed for OSA while taking short acting benzo's or other medications that modify sleep. This needs to be looked into if you are heavy and having sleep issues. After you have your stomach pumped in the ER and see the psychiatrist to make sure this was not a suicide attempt. Ask for a work up.
