Here are some ...: In real life, sperms may survive up to 3-7 days inside female genital tract after ejaculation. So, we may expect the washed sperms will not live longer than the natural ones. But, it would be easier and practical to address this question to your attending doc of the event - IUI. For now, just sit tight, watch for pregnancy-related symptoms, and do pregnancy test timely.
