Got neg xrays bt as the doc saw the xray he said i got a scoliosis. my spine near neck to upper back is curve does it cause my shortnes of breath?

Possibly: If the scoliosis is severe enough, the resultant compressive deformity of the thorax can cause decreased lung function. If your scoliosis is mild, it should have no effect.
