A member asked:

Would i have to do chemotherapy if i am diagnosed with melanoma?

Maybe: It would depend on how far the melanoma had progressed. If you have any concern whatsoever that any of the spots on your skin is a melanoma, please get with your personal physician without any delay. Caught early, most of these are curable. Neglected, they are horrible. Be brave and choose to be a survivor.

Depends: It would depend on the stage of melanoma. Surgery is the main treatment for the majority of melanoma cases.
