Yes. : If it goes away on its own by tomorrow you have nothing to look into. I'd avoid scratching or relations until you know. One possibility is herpes. It often starts this way. In any event in order to have this sensation you would have to have something irritating a pain sensitive structure. If it is there tomorrow have it checked out. No need to worry yourself now. Try not to scratch it.
