Sciatica: This sounds like your sciatic nerve is the cause of the pain as it runs down the back of the leg to the foot. If you sit with your legs stretched straight out in front of you and raise your leg pulling your toes toward you and the pain gets worse it is the sciatic nerve. If the pain continues or worsens seek medical attention.
