Febrile 2 year old.: This baby should be taken back to the pediatrician and re-evaluated. You might try clearing his nostrils with a small rubber bulb with a fine needle edge and some saline, and this might help the breathing, but the fact that he is still feverish, has a change in behavior and appetite strongly indicates a need for urgent assessment. Go now, do not wait much longer.
