Yes: Call your local american cancer society for more information and support, if in the usa. They can connect you with national or local organizations and provide useful information and services during your battle with this cancer. If outside usa i would start with a google search, many countries have similar organizations.

Yes: Major medical centers, especially those with cancer centers, have support groups for patients (and their families) with pancreatic cancer. Also, the american cancer society and other cancer societies have support groups. I highly recommend them as being very helpful!
