Anger: If you are resentful about your upbringing and moody and anxious and angry without an adequate outlet you might want to discuss this with a therapist, your religious leader, a close friend or acquaintance. Best would be a trained clinical psychologist if one is available. Don't keep this inside of yourself, it will only become worse. Best wishes.
