Had a mammogram for breast lump, have to see breast oncologist, no diagnosis and have red pinpoint dots on legs. what would cause this?

Hmmm: Frankly, without more info and not being able to see you, I can't tell if the breast mass and the lesions in the legs relate. I doubt it but make sure you see the oncologist when scheduled and ask him/her to take a look at those spots. Best to you.

Need exam: Even w a normal mammogram, a palpable mass needs to be evaluated. You will need a physical exam and ultrasound. Mammograms are less reliable in younger women.

The dots on your : legs are probably unrelated to any breast issues. I'm not sure I completely understand the sequence....your doctor felt a lump, then you had a mammogram? What did the mammo show? You will probably need an ultrasound as well.
