Is it common to feel ur pulse in ur throat? i am afraid of an aneurysm. i also fel kind of a pressure or a tingling sensation sometimes.

Talk to your doctor: Feeling one's pulse in certain parts of the body is merely dependent upon the individual as well as how strongly the heart is beating at the moment. If there were an aneurysm or other vascular defect then, your doc may be able to ausculate (listen) or order another type of test such as Ultrasound or other diagnostic test to better define what you have.
