Here is a thought: Ring on birth control or contraception is supposed to lessen the worry about unwanted pregnancy. Taking two forms of contraception (which is completely unnecessary since they both work) and then still worrying means it is probably not time for you to be sexual yet. Perhaps you should give yourself another year or two to mature so that you can be more rational about this.
