Spine X-ray: It means that instead of the spine being aligned vertically in a straight line as you are looking at it from the front, it is mildly curving to the right side. This could be mild scoliosis or due to other causes, including simply positional changes of the body at the time of X-ray. Early degenerative changes means mild arthritic changes of the spine.
