Does anybody has any experience with facial liposuctionwho can guide me?

Most Do: If you go to a plastic surgeon, especially one with facial plastic expertise, s/he should have experience with facial liposuction. But beware! most people lose fat/volume out of their faces as they age so if you remove fat now, it may look good now but accelerate aging in the future (think hollow cheeks and sagging skin). Therefore chose someone with experience to do facial liposuction!

Yes: Facial and neck liposuction is a very common treatment. Optional use of mechanical pumps versus closed syringe systems are most usual. We prefer closed syringe as it is more gentle, has less swelling/bruising and discomfort in most cases. By not having air in the system, pressures tend to be very even, with less "cavitation"- rise and fall of pressures during fat removal. Wrap are worn after tx.

Neck lipo: Liposuction of the neck is appropriate for fat removal and modest tightening of the skin. The contour of the neck/jawline can be improved.

Yes.: Liposuctioning is a tool that can be used to treat localized adipose tissue of most parts of the body. It can be useful to treat localized adipose tissue collections of the neck and jowl area as well. Generally speaking, modern-day plastic surgeons tend to try to preserve fat in the face, to maintained as youthful appearance as possible.
