Exercise: Twenties male concerned about thinning of facial muscles. All muscles, including facial muscles, respond to exercise by increase in mass and tone. It is not possible to weight lift facial muscles, but one can use isometric exercises, via facial grimacing exercises several time each day, to stimulate facial muscle growth.
