Definitely!: Trigger points can cause all those symptoms - usually not in the arms though. Trigger points cause pain to radiate along the muscle groups. If you have pain and numbness in your hands / arms then it is possible to have a pinched nerve. I would see a chiropractor or pain specialist for the exam and to get the actual diagnosis
