Ask your doc: Many possibilities: incorrect timing (too early OR too late) or administration of hCG, bad batch of hCG, surgeon had difficulty with TVA, maybe only 7 mature follicles and the others were mid-to-small...your doctor and your embryology team are only ones who can answer what happened. Good luck with the 7, sounds good!
