Inflamed tear duct: Tears and eye discharge normally drain from the inner corner of the eye into the sinuses, but sometimes can get blocked or inflamed. If not red or swollen, try gentle warm compress to area and gentle massaging pressure to see if you can free up any fluid buildup.
