Should i see a dr. i have a medium sized bump under my right ear. sharp pain when i touch it and dull when there is no contact. i have not been sick.

Likely lymph node: This is likely an inflamed lymph node. It may or may not be infected. If you have any pain in your ear or throat, then you should see your healthcare provider and get an examination. Also you can try some Aleve (naproxen) or Advil, which may help the pain and swelling as well. If it increases in size, regardless of pain, you should be seen as well.
