Weakness?: Your pain symptoms are suggesive of nerve impingement/sciatica but it is more concerning that you noted weakness in your conditions. If this pain is making you weak it adds urgency to the situation. Either way this pain is concerning and should be discussed with your neurosurgeon particularly since it seems to have persisted for more than a month. It may be related to previous problem/surgery.
