How would I know the difference between strep throat and post-nasal drip? It has been a week and my mucus still green, throat very sore and glands tender?
I am useing e cig and have gerd. Sore throat for two weeks. Dr says it post nasal drip pills not working. Whatlse could it be? 2 neg strep test

I have white spots on tonsils that seem to change for two days. Went and got a rapid strep, negative. No fever and no severe sore throat just feeling of fullness in throat. Post nasal drip as well. Is this just a viral Infection?
