Diarrhea: You really need to speak to the physician (P) who ordered the Aldactone (spironolactone) (A) for your for the answer you seek. Your P knows you the best and knows what the A was treating. There is no way for anyone on health tap to give you a meaningful answer to your question. You may be able to be on another medicine and your P can tell you if you can or what your options are. I know water pills can be prescribed together, but is taking them(furosemide, aldactone, lisinopril and clopidogrel) separately at different times a better option? And I do get diarrhoea, tiredness climbing uphill in the midst of taking them.

Can a pill like spironolactone affect effectiveness of bipolar meds? I feel as if i'm edgy, and very sensitive. Also feeling depressednow.
