I started on 25mg's of aldactone, (spironolactone) diarrhea began, then cut in half, now i cant sleep!! what now? im sensitive to all meds.

Diarrhea: You really need to speak to the physician (P) who ordered the Aldactone (spironolactone) (A) for your for the answer you seek. Your P knows you the best and knows what the A was treating. There is no way for anyone on health tap to give you a meaningful answer to your question. You may be able to be on another medicine and your P can tell you if you can or what your options are.
