It depends: On what medication it is. Spironolactone with lithium can increase levels of lithium. If used with other drugs like ssri or the class of maoi or antipsychotic drugs, it can increase risk for low sodium. If you are not feeling well, pls talkto your dr right away. Dose change or even med change may be needed. Be well.
